Refunds & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
In the rare instance of receiving defective items, we may accept returns under specific circumstances. If you are returning/exchanging more than half the items in your order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Items purchased during a sale promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Return and exchange approvals are at the discretion of our operations team and CHALET ET CECI reserves the right to decline items that do not comply with our polic

Excessive Returns 

CHALET ET CECI reserves the right to decline orders or restrict return privileges for accounts with frequent returns or an unusually high return rate. These restrictions may include making an account ineligible for further returns and designating all future purchases as final sale. Customers will be notified of any restrictions applied to their account.

A return involves additional transportation, handling, inspection, and packaging.

Refunds
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to CHALET ET CECI for a refund. Approved returns will be refunded for the purchase price of the items only.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to CHALET ET CECI for an exchange. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders when we ship back to customers. Replacement items ship after we receive and approve the original items.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to CHALET ET CECI for a return or exchange. Please include a copy of your original invoice in the package and ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx to the address below. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange if they meet the requirements of our policy. In the rare instance of receiving a defective item, please contact us with your order number and photo of the damage.
Keep the original packaging and invoice while we review your request.
Once approved, we will arrange and cover return shipping and coordinate a replacement or refund.
