                                      Return & Exchange Policy

We warmly welcome the return or exchange of full-price items that remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, complete with all attached tags. Customers have a 30-day window to return or exchange any
item. Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
For eligible returns, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels, except in cases where merchandise has been damaged.

To ensure a seamless exchange experience for our customers, there are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders when we ship back to customers. Replacement orders will not be mailed until we receive your return. However, we kindly ask customers to cover shipping fees when returning items to CHALET/BEAU JOURS for exchanges.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
In the rare instance of receiving defective items, we may accept returns under specific circumstances. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please photograph any defects and retain the packaging and invoice. When returning your item, include a copy of the original invoice, and drop off your package at your nearest UPS, USPS, or FedEx location. Upon us receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), a full refund will be processed back to your account if all requirements are met and will be issued on the original form of payment or credit/exchange.
