What are my shipping options?
Our current shipping option includes ground shipping only. You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Ground Shipping Orders typically ship out of our shipping department within 7-10 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days post-shipment. We do NOT ship out to any PO boxes.

All orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary Ground Shipping. For orders that do not meet the $150 minimum, a flat rate shipping fee of $12 will be applied to your order total.

*Please note: National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders. 

Can I modify my order once it's been submitted?
We generally cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. If you’d like to make an update to your order please chat in to The Chalet Team and we’ll see what we can do to help!

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
For now, we only ship to the 50 United States.
